HOUSE RULES

The management wishes you stay will be enjoyable, and will endeavour

to do all in their power to make it so.

In order that all guests may enjoy similar advantages, the following rules

are for your guidance and must to obeyed ;

- Guests are required to check out by 11:00 a.m. or make arrangements

with the management for continues occupancy.

- Occupants of any unit limited to registered number.

- Damage to property, trees, shrubs, buildings or furnishings, or mutilation

of walls, will be charged to guests.

- The management will not be responsible for loss of personal effects,

including money or valuables.

- No undue noise, drinking or rowdy parties will be tolerated and, after

warning, guests will be asked to vacate.

- All noise, including radios, that might annoy neighbouring guests,

must cease at 11:00 p.m.

- Wrap garbage and put in container provided.

- If key is inadvertently carried away, please mail at earliest convenience.

- No pets allowed.

The management will be glad to assist you with any information possible.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

Please Read The Following To Prevent Loss or Injury.

No innkeeper is liable to make good to any person who is not registered as an occupant of a room or rooms in his/her inn; any loss of injury to property brought into his/her inn, except *when the property has been deposited expressly for safe custody with the innkeeper and a receipt has been issued for the property.

PLEASE USE ALL AVAILABLE LOCKS to secure doors before retiring for the evening and keep all valuables in a safe place or leave them at the Front Desk to be secured.
